Hi everyone On VJ. I really need some help on my case; it is pending since July 25th 2007. I file for K3 visa which was on July25th 2007 for I- 130 and I 129-F October 1st 2007 at CSC…..any how I notice some of the user has been all ready approved I 130 or I129F, those who have been file on August and my case is still pending….why is USCIS not consistent on approving case on processing time? If anyone had been approved on July 25th 2007 or end of July month for I - 130 please let me know….Someone please help me...... I am so stressed out, and I am so tensed.....

Thanks.... :help:

i filed my I-130 July 13, 2007 and my I-129F August 22, 2007 and both got approved the same day which was just this week on March 11, 2008. It was a real kick in the pants since I sent a letter of withdrawal to the California Service Center on March 10, 2008. I'm convinced that when they heard from Rome (where we refiled the I-130 on March 10, 2008) that we were refiling, they approved us the next day just to mess with us. I really feel for everyone who is going through this immigration process but my heart really goes out to those who have been waiting for 6 months or more. I'm so sorry.

My suggestion to you guys is, contact uscis and talk to some immigration officer and ask them what's going on, they shouldn't be delaying it that long for no reason

also you should contact your senator office, and if not getting a good response, you should go there personally and speak to somebody at the sen off, and hopefully, you are going to get the better response

============================================

I started my case as K3 but USCIS delayed in approving I-129F, and now my case is processing as IR-1/CR-1 at NVC.
