Okay Guys and Gals,

First off Ive a question about the co-sponsor filling out the I-134

They fill out the top part with there name and all that jazz and the date of birth and such...

but when it gets to question 3 does the person that I have as a co-sponsor (Im the us citizen fill out that part as with my fiance's name or my name, also should we put single and then daughters fiance in relationship to sponsor and marital status as engaged or single??

Also Question 8 is that where she is going to put my name in and say that she i am partially dependant on her for support.. also does she put my fiances name in the spaces below???

And on my I-134 do I put in question 3 for my fiance's marital status single or engaged, as he is engaged to me, and I put relationship to sponsor fiance... hmm hope this isnt to confusing as Im confused...

Another question Does my Co-sponsor have to write a letter on behalf of me stating that she is willing to co-sponsor me and my fiance..

This is all frustrating seeing as London has already gotten all of our stuff and now my job is saying that its going to take another 2 weeks to get me hired on fully because of the background checks and what not .. lol thats the only reason I basically need her as a co-sponsor lol

Any help would be great..

Thanks a bunch!!

I know but thats for the sponsor not the co-sponsor hehe I just want to know what the cosponsor should fill out based on them sponsoring me ..

The "co-sponsor" is not sponsoring YOU, they are sponsoring the BENEFICIARY. You don't come into it :)

Also as far as legal terms go "engaged" is not a marital status. So you are both always SINGLE till you get married after the K1 is issued.

As for question 8, the sponsor would fill that in if THEY have any dependents (like their own kids under 18). If they do not have any, write 'NONE'

I suggest you check out the "Example forms" menu at the top of the screen...I know some of the questions can kinda go either way, so you can see there what someone else would write on the same form
