NVC not sure if it arrived

Good Afternoon My Fellow VJ members,

I was wondering how I find out if my case was recieved. I have been warned by my fellow italian friends that they never send the packet three through mail and that you must call them to email it to you. With that said I received noticed that the NVC sent my papers Feb. 28th, my noa2 was accepted feb. 14th. Anyway I tried today to call the embassy with the three numbers that were on the embassy page. The first one was a general info and to leave your name. The next two numbers were in italian configuration.. did not have any luck getting through.. So then I emailed and I recieved an out of the office reply that said they would contact me in two weeks.. Is there anything else I can do? thanks

Call DOS Visa services, they have access to all consulates and can tell you status of case once it arrives at the consulate.
