Thanks nelly!! :) Good luck to you too!!

To the one who has been waiting for long and no touch at all, made an InfoPass...I really believe it works!! Maybe they will transfer you to CSC....

I would definitely prefer an approval without the interview, I think its way better that way you dont have to get everything together for the interview and have that rush of whats going to happen and all that. Now I dont want to be stuck in a namecheck either, which you can get in both positions so yeah. But since the beginning of all this process I was hoping to get transfer and I did, so now I just hope for the best for me and everybody else.. Congratulations vivi and jim jim I know how you feel  and nobody knows maybe the infopass did help????

Yay! I hope it stays there! Mine got moved to CSC then moved out! I was devastated!!!

Good luck!

There's no need to be devastated. All it means is you will be interviewed. And the interview isn't scary. It's nerve-wracking, but not scary.

Not having an interview simply means your district office is backlogged. It means your file contained the correct paperwork for an adjudicator to sign off on the petition without seeing you. It doesn't mean your relationship was deemed more worthy than those who are interviewed. In some areas of the country, all applicants are interviewed simply because their district office is not swamped.

You'll be ok.

Thanks nelly!! :) Good luck to you too!!

An Infopass appointment will not get a case transferred. That simply isn't the criteria. Glad you're happy about you're transfer though.

Ummh, a transfer to CSC is not NECCESSARLY a good thing. My case has been pending there for over a year now and NOTHING came out of it. And yeah, my notice that explained why they transfered it said, it was to speed up the process. Yeah right.

Sorry if I might sound bitter, I hope, that this transfer really is GOOD news for your case!! Good luck!

Thanks guys!! I'm happy because my case is moving finally. As genesis1968 said, just hope to receive either notice of interview date or transfer.

rebeccajo, for sure I know an Infopass appointment will not get a case transferred. (I was just kidding) -_-

Nadine, hope you will receive some GOOD NEWS too!!

Good luck to the rest whose cases are still pending!! ;)
