We filed for our I-129F and we received our NOA1 already. Is it okay that during this process he come and visit? He won't be here but for just a week or so, but I wanted to make sure he could still come while we are waiting for California to get their act in gear. Thanks so much!!!

I have read elsewhere in the forums that he can visit up until you receive the visa. The downside is that he might buy a ticket only to be rejected at the Point of Entry (POE) because the immigraiton officer might believe he is trying to stay permanently on a nonimmigrant visa.

You may want to say no, but the answer is that there is no restriction on travel to the US whilst a K1 is in process. You just need to satisfy the immigration officer that you are not intending to stay and immigrate on that trip.

Hi

You should be fine - just take evidence of ties to your home country to show your intent to return. I recently travelled to visit my fiancée for four days. When asked the reason for my visit, I simply stated 'Pleasure'. I was then asked how long I would be staying for (4 days), then I was stamped and let through. No questions were even raised regarding my K1 application.
