I just had a similar situation happen to me and my husband, and we are unsure what we should do about it. He received our visa today from Fedex (yaaaaay) :) But then he looked at the Do Not Open envelope and it was kind of ripped up (apparently from rough handling). It has little holes around the edges, one as large as one inch he said. So I am kind of nervous that this will be a problem at the border, and we are going to write to the consulate when it opens next week. I guess he might have to bring it there personally and get another envelope.

But anyways, that is no big problem - at least we got it! :dance:
