I received a letter today from the American embassy by the DHL, Contains All my papers submitted for a K-3 visa.My passport a nonimmigrant visa to enter the USA issued,Yellow sealed envelope from the American embassy opened, and free of any papers or hint at its content or my name or my case number. is that normal??? please help me :help:

you should call the embassy. I think someone was in your mail!! Cause the envelope should have been sealed and kept sealed until you arrive to the US. Did the envelope have a Do Not Open?

you should call the embassy. I think someone was in your mail!! Cause the envelope should have been sealed and kept sealed until you arrive to the US. Did the envelope have a Do Not Open?

that's a bummer!!! So many visas have been issued with the wrong sex on it or the wrong number it's crazy!!!!

could you tell us the date of your interview so I can add your name to our list going through Egypt?

interview date: February 21,2008.

visa issued on :February 28, 2008.

Nov. 8, 2006 Recieved letter that I-129 was sent to Amman, Jordan

Dec 13, 2006 Recieved Package from Amman Embassy for K3 Intreview date Aug. 15,2007

Mar 05,2007 Embassy called interview scheduled for March 19th

Mar 19, 2007 Interview for K3- AP

May 20, 2007 Embassy called for Hasan to send in his passport!!!

May 24, 2007 Recieved Interview date of June 5th for CR1?

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 21, 2007 Hasan arrived in the USA and so very happy!

July 06, 2007 SSN in hand

July 25, 2007 Green Card in Hand!

Aug 13, 2007 Behind the wheel test, Passed. Now has California DL

Mar 26, 2009 Sent in I-751

Mar 28, 2009 Proof received

April 1, 2009 check cashed

April 3, 2009 NOA Received

April 16,2009 received bio appt letter

April 24, 2009 Biometrics Appointment

June 6, 2009 Removal of Conditions Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

July 17, 2009 10 Year Green Card in hand!

I received my Visa today and the yellow envelope" closed", thanks to all of you ...I can not find words to describe the gratitude and thanks to your attention ... I can only pray for success to every one in MENA from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you.....I think that things in Cairo began moving in the right direction...You deserve all the best ,,,, Thank you, my friends
