I have a tracking sheet going and it shows the pending/approved I-130s for CR1/IR-1 filers. Click the link to my blog in my signature and there is a link to the spreadsheet on the top right corner of the blog.

I currently have found 5 October and 1 November filer that have been approved.

I HAVENT been approved... im an october filer for k3 but i will take whatever gets approved i130 or k3.. im waiting.. its gettin realy frustrating now.. and plus im from VSC.. i barely see any approvals for that which is starting to worry me... :((

Hang in there Hyd.. I'm an October I-130 filer at the VSC and have yet to be touched but once when they updated their systems to add cases to their net system.. they should be starting on approvals again soon!

HEY KITTY... WE BOTH HAVE THE SAME EXACT TIMELINE... I HOPE WE HEAR GOOD NEWS SOON.. I THINK VERMONT IS NOT WOKRING ON K1'S AND AS SOON AS THEY STOP THOSE THEY WIL GET TO US AND WE WILL SEE APROVALS ONE AFTER ANOTHER LIKE CSC ...... I HOPE :)

Great!! Let's keep in touch and hopefully we'll both be approved simultaneously. Im counting the days.. i hope VSC gets done with the k-1's and back to the I=130's again!!! Once they are processing them they are quite fast.. It seems to me they left off perhaps in september or late August petitions.. if that's the case.. were coming close to the front of the line :whistle: Has your case been other than feb 24?

My case was touched twice in March....but nothing yet. My timeline is close to you as well from VSC and I intiially filed at TSC.

Kalaks.... Any more touches????? I hope they approve u!! :whistle:

There is a lot of political pressure for USCIS to be working citizenship applications. I think we are getting put on the back-burner.

:unsure::unsure::crying: I hope VSC can at least approve petitions up to nov or december and then start on something else. Most of us are or will be soon hitting the 6th month mark. CSC is approving Oct even few Nov filers.. so I think they will be the first to start on Citizenship petitions.. at least this is what I hope happens.

I called USCIS today ... and they stated my application got assigend to an Officer ...... i refiled on 10-13-07

so i think august application are on the table for review ..... should be getting them in soon

thank you for keeping the list.

Don't you notice a trend of speeding up comparing people that files in June to Aug. compared to us late-filers? It seems to me that the times are about 40 to 60 % faster now... Perhaps it was not a good idea to file last summer to avoid the fee... Of course I understand the economic incentives/disincentives issues and the different situations, but sometimes a little money is well spent if it results in a faster processing...

I wish all a FAST approval, hopefully the service centers are getting their acts together at long last! I am not familiar with processing time in the past 3-4 years, but if they were faster, perhaps we are getting back to those speeds, also thanks to the new procedures/hiring at USCIS...
