I am starting to fill out the documents for the K-1 and I was wondering how do I enter my fiance's last names? Do I use both the paternal and maternal names?

Hello and welcome aboard. My fiance is from Peru as well. On the documents we used her first name and father's last name. On the line for other names used, we used her full name with her mother's name as well. I also explained it on the cover sheet and I had no issues at all.

You could also add an attachement to the I-129F explaining her other names. I believe that is also acceptable.
