Our co-sponsor is likely going to be a close friend of my fiancee, and she's 20 yrs old and still living at home (With her mum, dad and sister I think) My question is, will she only need to be earning enough for 3 people (Herself, plus my fiancee and I) even though she's at home with family? Her family doesn't depend on her, so I'm assuming this is the case.

Another thing, when figuring out the yearly income, do payments such as car payments, credit card bills come into play? Or just taxes? I know she earns enough after taxes, but will she have to factor all that other stuff in?

The co-sponsor only must earn enough for the imigrant fiance/ee and he. The US petitioner doesn't need to sponsored.

The co-sponsor can attach the last 3 years of income tax with the I-864, if he/she did enough income, she/he doesn't need to show more assets. Ahh, You don't forget that aside you have a co-sponsor the US petitioner must file another I-864.

Good luck.

You mean the I-134 right? I'm going for the K-1 Visa.
