Anyone that has sent I129f did anyone translate their documents or did you send it has it was example if is in Spanish did you translate to English can some let me know please about to send my I129f thank you' :help:

Required official documents that are not in English must be translated, just like it says in the instructions that come with the form.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I only had to translate one item. I did the translation myself, and got it notarized.

I only had to translate one item. I did the translation myself, and got it notarized.

My understanding is that all documents must be in English. If original documents are in any other language, you must obtain a certified English Translation by a person who is familiar with both languages. This person cannot be a family member and the translation must be notarized. Documents may include, but are not limited to, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Divorce Decrees, Death Certificates or Annulments. Translations are normally required to be original, so multiple translations may need to be obtain of some documents for different purposes. All must be notarized.

I don’t think you would be an acceptable translator for your own documents.

We went to a translator certified by the US Consulate.

I translated my own documents and they got accepted with no issues.

A friend of mine ALSO translated her own documents and had no RFE either... therefore don't waste your money if you can do it yourself.
