hi

I got today the package 3. While I was reading it, I realize that it was asking me for the form OF-167, something that I never heard about it... I keep looking and I see another form that I havent seen before, the OF-156K form, the funny thing is that the copy for filling up that the embassy gave me expired 4 years ago, in 2004... i guess that I better download my own ones and I think that the OF-167 is really the I-134... anyone knows anything about it???

Look carefully at the form you're reading and see if it doesn't say "OF-167" somewhere.

You can download or just use the forms they sent you.

well, in the instructions says: this package contains form DS-230, DS-156K and OF-167. The DS230 is there, the DS-156 is not, instead there is this of156k form with expires in 2004 and it has the same questions as the DS-156K. the other form that they sent me was the I-134, there is no OF-167, so I guess that I can use de I-134 instead of the OF-167...

No. Do you see a checklist of documents you are to gather up? Usually that's part of the letter you're reading with instructions on what to do. If you see that, it's probably the OF-167. Look at it closely. The document you are referring to as "the instructions" is quite likely the "OF-167".

The I-134 is not a substitute for anything. Unless they are asking for it now, carry it to the interview.
