Of all the possible outcomes yours was the best, if it was transfered to CSC it means that you will most likely be approved w/o any interview and faster than the others who still have to wait for an interview appointment.

There is a great chance that within the following couple of months you will be receiving your brand new green card at your doorsteps

Congratulations!

Hey,

A case that is transferred to CSC is good news, as it usually means that you will not have an interview.

I guess some cases are straightforward enough that they can be approved without interview, so they are transferred (this doesn't happen to everyone).

It's not a guarantee that you won't have an interview, but it's a great indicator! It can also mean faster processing of your green card.

Congratulations!!!

OH MY GOD can it be ??

Some good news for a change. Thanks for the quick reply. Our case has been going back and forth since Oct last year. We didnt receive EAD for like six months because of the lost RFE and we didnt know how it would affect the AOS process

Our hopes are up again

Good Luck to everyone

best of luck! I hope you're approved without the interview..you've been waiting long enough already!!!

I-485 , I-765, I-130: NOA1 : 1/23/2006

Biometrics 2/23/2006

Temporary EAD given for 1 month ONLY b/c of Infopass appt: 5/1/2006

Went back to renew EAD through Infopass: EAD card was not given "due to reasons we can't disclose"

5/3/2007: Confirmation that EAD is delayed due to background checks. (started to use the senator, ombudsman and was just a royal pain in the neck)

5/30/2007: EAD production ordered (after over 400 days of waiting!!! woo hoo!)

AOS Interview: 5/12/2008!!! FINALLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
