Hi Guys

I am starting my journey to apply for my husband's and son's K-3. My questions is that my service center is Nebraska but this service center does not process such I-130. So my I-130 will go to California or Vermont ..?

10-23-2006 : fingerprinting

10-24-2006 : notice that case has moved to Vermont

05-09-2006 : Mailed I-30 (husband and son)

05-11-2006 : I-130 Received by NSC

05-11-2006 : Receipt Date

05-26-2006 : Notice Date

06-01-2006 : Check cleared

06-02-2006 : Received NOA1 in mail

06-03-2006 : touched (must be payment posted...)

10-07-2006 : approved

129F / K3

06-05-2006 : Mailed I-129F

06-09-2006 : NOA1

07-31-2006 : NOA2

08-10-2006 : NVC number assigned

08-11-2006 : sent to Consulate, India

08-14-2006 : packet 3 sent by embassy

08-28-2006 : pkt 4 collected from embassy

09-20-2006 : interview - approved!!!!

09-30-2006 : Honey I am home !

Hey friends,

My husband sent I-130 to Nebraska as it is written in offical webpage.. Now i read the message which says Nebraska is wrong, i am worried whether we did smth wrong!!! pls answer me if there is anyone knows:(

04/18/2006 Sent I-130 to Nebraska Service Center

04/20/2006 NSC received it

05/04/2006 Our check has been cashed

05/06/2006 Received NOA1

08/21/2006 I-130 APPROVED (APPROVED IN 108 DAYS)

I-129F

05/11/2006 Sent I-129F to Chicago USCIS

05/13/2006 USCIS received it.

05/19/2006 Received NOA1

07/03/2006 Received IMBRA RFE

08/03/2006 RECEIVED NOA2 (APPROVED IN 76 DAYS)

08/16/2006 NVC forwarded case to embassy

11/15/2006 Interview/Approved/ Visa granted

That's right. Then the uscis forwards it to Cali. That's what we did and it seems to be working fine ........

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)
