My prediction for Devilette: if Obama wins the nom, she votes McCain and through doing so is finally liberated enough to realize she's been a Republican all along.

LOL...

The Speaker of the House is not the head of the DNC.

Um, no, but she's head of the DEMOCRATS in the House - who, last I heard, wanted to increase their counts in the Sentate & House - to beat those Reps in November & beyond. ;)

Oh I guess then that the Speaker of the House must do what is contrary to expressing something not controlled by Party procedure nor law... lol...

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Is that supposed to be witty?

I don't see anything clever about it. It's a prediction. I'm putting it out there and waiting for it to come true.

I'm flattered you care so much about my future Alex, but my vote is between me & my ballot. ;)

AI wasn't aware that being anti-Obama makes me a Rep! That's rich. I guess the Reps have November all sewn up then!

Less being anti-Obama, more holding views Republicans hold (hang them 'llegals high!) etc. and generally debating in a more Republican style. And other things I can't say because "well, I'm a good Christian woman."

I doubt the two would run together...just going by intuition.

Here's MY predictions:

Clinton/Edwards

or...

Obama/Kerry??

Lemme hear YOUR predictions

Kerry won't be interested for sure.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Yes, I hate illegals, because of what we've gone though. So? That hardly makes me a Rep.

I wasn't aware all Dems had to be 'good Christian' people? You really ought to open your eyes a bit more and quit judging people so quickly, Alex.

No way on Kerry ...that would be political suicide. I'm hoping for him to choose a woman for a VP running mate and Gov. Janet Napolitano of Arizona would be an excellent choice as she is well liked among Republicans and Independents.

Wait to unite the party for November, Ms. Speaker!

As it was pointed out by Obama, you can't unite the Party by claiming on one hand your opponent isn't ready to be President and then claim that having your opponent on your ticket would be unstoppable.

And Pelosi should shut her mouth. She has no business speaking out about anything except to say no comment. Altho, she's hinted rather clearly at her bias. ;)

So now your choosing what people can have political opinions?

She is Speaker of the House & has a duty to remain neutral, as does Dean. It's not rocket science.

so the speaker should shut up......

So she should

Other party elders are trying to figure out how to avoid a knock down drag out fight that will jeopardize the Dems' chances at the general election. The best scenario is for the party elders to intervene and push for Clinton/Obama or Obama/Clinton team.

Now Pelosi is egging Obama to go for a "knock down drag out"

Now whose power crazy.

And Dev, you're one tough bird ! You're holding your own against all the Baracki Boys ganging up on you :lol:

I wasn't aware all Dems had to be 'good Christian' people? You really ought to experience a bit more life and quit judging people so quickly, Alex.

Dev, that's a quote from the Wizard of Oz, when Auntie Em can't say anymore about someone because of her 'good Christian' beliefs. I'm Jewish.

You don't know anything about my life or what I've been through, although I know my having been born in 1983 makes you uncomfortable, as you've brought it up on several occasions. The "judgmental" comment is not worth addressing, as it's the blackety-black mc-black pot calling the kettle black.
