OK, maybe stupid, probably doesn't matter but here we go.

G325 A question.

On my employment I worked thru a temp agency, but obviously not at the temp agency. Do I use their address since they were my real employer, or do I use the companies address that I worked at?

I-130 questions.

Where it asks where was the last place you lived together, do I put down the address even though I am really only visiting? I'm leaning towards just putting it down since I guess it proves more of a bona fide marriage.

And just to be sure, should I send in my certified copy of my divorce decree? I don't want to because I believe NVC will want that as well, then I will have no more originals. I do have two certified copies of it. I guess same goes for birth certs and marriage certs, but I am just sending in the photocopy of those two since I am spending enough on this and don't see why they need so many originals. But of course I will do whatever is best.

Thank you in advance :)

1. I would put whatever is on your tax documents. That is probably the temp agency.

2. That's a tough one. The most important thing is to not put anything that could be construed as false information. I don't know how long you visited, but if it was really only a visit I would not say you were living together. That's my opinion. But consult others.

3. I know for the I-129F you only need photocopies. It's probably the same for the I-130. Go to www.uscis.gov if you haven't already and click on "Immigration Forms". There will be instructions.

Good luck!

I130 you actually need to provide you two actually marry and lived together for certain period of time. if could be weeks or months depend on your situation.

I live with my wife 2 years before we actually held a marriage and register. I only use the time when we marry to the time when i depart and have to come back to the US. but during the interview my wife can said we have live together before the marriage. It provide the support.

so even if you two live together for 2 weeks or 2 months you should put that down on your paper work.

I also believe that i130 is different from i129 where you have to provide the marriage certificate and have to get the notarized copy of it to send in to USCIS.

I'd put down whomever is on your paychecks and whomever provides the W-2 at the end of the year for employer.

And, I would not include an address you've lived together if all you've done is visit. My husband and I have spent weeks together but to me, we've never lived together. He owns a home and I own a home. We visit. Plain and simple.

As far as documents, provide whatever form they request, don't pick and choose based on your convenience. You can get more copies if necessary. And if you'll need more, apply for them immediately so you'll have them.
