my document is ready to mail. which is the prefered way to post? Can i send by USPS express mail with delivey confirmation??

That is how I sent mine. I mailed it Friday and it arrived Sunday morning at 3:25AM. I live in Illinois though, so that was probably a little quicker than most . Delivery confirmation is a must though!

USPS Priority Mail, Certified with the receipt confirmation card.

Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box.

We used USPS Express Mail (overnight) guaranteed and you can track it online. They will also email you with the proof of delivery but you should fill up the green form when you mail in the documents. Good luck and join us in the March filers thread.

I would avoid USPS at all cost but it is just my experience.

I sent something to my consulate, priority mail with signature confirmation. It tooks two weeks of calling them all the time to have them track it down and finally find it. I understand i am one in a billion but the experience left me sour.

But it is just me.
