The percentage is very high if its a real provable relationship.

hey there!! if you are worried about getting denied...I wouldn't be. K1s are not denied very often. even if they don't approve you at the interview they will give you a secoond chance to prove whatever needs to be proven and then you would get approved. I look at it this way.....as an american citizen it is your RIGHT to marry who ever you like. as long as the immigrant does not have a major criminal record, past violation of us visa stay, a medical condition that would not allow them to work, or you cannot financially support them the visa will be approved because that is your human American right!!!! just take your time and file everything properly and be fully prepared to show all evidence needed you will get your visa...don't worry. now i know there are exceptions to the rule and every case is different but i hope this puts you at ease a little!
