Cool... now that we know we could get al lthis paperwork worked out before hand we are starting to discuss vaccinations. I understand that she doesn't need them for her k1 visa but she will for hes AOS. Does anyone know of what vaccinations are required for my fiancee to have?

She might need them before K1 is issued...it seems more and more common, especially in Central & South American US Embassies, that they are asking for the vaccinations to be done before the interview (at the examen fisico).

I am having my interview in Costa Rica (I'm Australian but live there) on Friday this week, and had to have my vaccinations FIRST! It is the embassy's right to ask this. At least them you don't need anything at AOS

Also a good idea to do them before she comes to the US anyhow - as it's way cheaper in most other countries for those vaccines!

I had to get only three, even though I wasn't able to supply my vax records from Australia:

Varicella

Hepatitis B

Tetanus

Hope that helps :)

As RicNV posted, Ecaudor does not require vaccinations for the K1 visa but we do want to get them done there since like you said they are way cheaper over there. But i wonder if there is a list of vaccinations needed somewhere. It would make it so much easier. I guess she could just call the doctor and find out.

It looks like U.S consulate has updated the site. Acording to the site teh Packet 4 has been sent. I tried calling them to set the appointment but the lady toldme that they havent finished processing and that it may be up to 8 weeks before I can make an appointment. Delays just keeps coming :(

Well we received the Packet 4 and I called to make the appointment but they still did not have it in the system but they did mentioned that since we did receive the packet it should have been in the system. They now put a flag on my case to see why it is not in the systema and they will contact me within the next 2 weeks to let me know the interview date. Persistance pays :)
