But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Dammit, I'm trying to feel sorry for myself! Thanks.

P.S. Let me clarify. I'm not about to abandon my posts here! I'm in Viet Nam with my wife now and I'm leaving in a week. I know some of you may think she will rejoice but trust me, I'm not that bad a guy! I really wish she were coming wityh me but we gotta' pay our dues like everyone else has (or is) on here. At least the wedding is over and it is official (we signed the papers today).

Just hang in there.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I remember that feeling of impending doom as saying goodbye got closer. It was the worst.

Someday though you guys will be together all the time and the hard times will become a memory........

look to the future.

Not the boundaries drawn on maps,

With the names of powerful men.

That's all I've wanted -

To walk in such a place with you,

On an earth without maps."

Pick a fight at the airport. That was my husband's strategy. It certainly made saying goodbye a lot easier. :)

smart man...will keep that one in mind for future if I need it :)

Hahaha... trust me, it does not have a good longterm effect to storm off in a huff without saying goodbye just before your partner boards an international flight. It may make your mate consider breaking off the engagement! So I hear...
