Confused about the CFO

HELP, My Fiance has her VISA But the passport is being held pending Document Verification. I know she needs to attend the CFO seminar Can she still? and who do I contact...CFO, SMEF, or PRISM? and what are their hours if anyone knows. My plan right now is for her to attend a meeting then we are flying back to her home town. I Just need to know if I have to schedule the return flight a day earlier than planned (Friday Vs Saturday).

Have her attend PRISM so she can get the PRISM certificate which is a prequisite for the CFO Certificate and Stamp. PRISM is at the BDO Building in front of De La Salle University along Taft Ave., Manila. Go to the 2nd floor and bring your NBI Clearance, Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate. Fee is 250 Pesos.

However, to get the CFO Stamp you should have your passport at hand...so re-sched it when you have the passport. CFO is along Quirino Ave...have her prepare 450 pesos for the CFO Certificate.
