Buona Serra,

Hi

I recieved noa2 feb 14th and notice of nvc on way to consulate in italy leaving feb 28th. Should i be doing anything to help my fiance right now. His birth certificate is in French. ( marrakesh) He has morrocan police certificate and celibacy report. (marrakesh) Should I be sending him my taxes returns for the past three years.. ( I own a small interior design company and have not filed my 2007 buisness and personal taxes) Should I get his police report from Italy or is Morroco ok. I recieved a thread from another woman who recieved her visa and said they never send the packet throught the mail but rather you have to call them and prod them to send them to your email. Anyway and advice at the moment would be great...

thanks

regina

i cant really say if that also applies for morroco, but i needed to submit a I-134 (affidavit of support) with supporting documents (look that up on the uscis page in the instructions for that form), police report from every conviction if there are any (as far as i know in english unless the native language of the consulate where your fiance is going have his interview is french), police report from every town/country he lived for at least 6 months since turning 16 (as far as i know in english unless.....), his birth certificate (i got a interational one so i could use it to get our marriage certificate), passport size pics (us standard, no glasses, no earings, no smiling) cant remember the number of pics, but why dont you wait until he gets his packet 3 from his responsible consulate, there will be a checklist in it with all the necessary documents
