Still Waiting on I-864 Form

We sent out our AOS bill for $70.00 last Monday overnight delivery (they received it on March 4). I called today and they still have not issued the I-864. Is this normal?

However, they did issue the IV bill for $400.00 which we received in the mail today. I don't know why we haven't received the I-864 form yet.

Yes this is normal. They usually generate the bills earlier than issue the forms. Your I-864 forms should come in the near future, keep a look out for those. On the good side, you will have all your fees out of the way, make sure to keep a photocopy of the money order or however you paid the fees. So once you have all the fees paid then you will wuickly be able to submit the forms at your pace.

The automated system will not tell you when they will send you the forms, you need to talk to a customer service rep to find out.
