Indeed. In Canada, my husband (USC) was allowed to go with me into the interview - but double check Warsaw's regulations. It is nice to be there for support, and for the CO to know you're serious and all that jazz; but if for whichever reason you cannot be there, rarely does it affect the petitioner (your fiancee) in a negative manner.

good luck, L.

At the interview they ask for more proof of a relationship. So if you have not made any more visits to each other in a long while, or feel you dont have a lot of evidence, I'd advise you to show up for the interview to show you guys are serious.

But if you do have evidence to show the relationship is genuine and on-going, I'd say you'd be ok not going.

I made a trip to see my husband (then fiance) 2 months before the interview, because I had no idea how long to wait for the NOA2. So since we had tons of pics from that trip and passport stamps, hotel stubs, etc, I decided not to go to the interview. Everything worked out ok :)

Good luck to you!

My Fiancee will be interviewed at the Warsaw Embassy. Should I go to the Embassy with my fiancee? Is it better to go? Should I be worried, If I don't go ?

Although in most cases it's not necessary, being there can never hurt the situation- only help. The embassy in Kiev allows the fiancee to attend the interview which can be helpful if they have any questions on the I-134, plus you can get your fiancee into the embassy compound easily as a USC, and, your fiancee may be less likely to be jerked around by the native staff (which does happen from time to time).

I intend on being there primarily because this is a huge day in her life and in my life - I don't want to miss a moment of it. And if my being there can reduce her stress a little then it is worthwhile.

Your fiance will have no trouble whatsoever getting into the embassy, she just needs the letter with the interview date/time on it to show security and she is in. And since most of the people working in the embassy (besides immigration officers) are actually natives of the country, you may actually find, that it is not her gettting the jerked around treatment, but the USC!
