Hello All,

My hubby and I are in the process of filling out our Affidavit of Support Forms. Are there any suggestions on the kind of additional stuff we should be sending these people like photos etc.

Please let me know..

Thanks

PS My husband also earn enough to support us both do you think it is a good idea to still have his parents submit additional AOS forms.

Thanks a million for your responses

If income is above 125% then only the sponsor needs to provide an I-864 or better yet I-864EZ

The Affidavit of Support is essentially a financial support document and requires no additional stuff like photographs.....

If you follow the instructions to the forms it gives you a pretty good indication of what they want to be included in the filing.

YMMV
