:) I'm so impatient too. I mailed Paris embassy this morning. Still no answer. I want my packet 4.

I hesitate to call doctors to get the medical appointment.

Do you think i can do it?

Hiya

Yoko, you don't have to wait for P4 to book a medical appointment; I still haven't had P4 and had my medical last Friday.

I'm very well, my dear. Starting to stress about the pound plummetting against the dollar (typical, just as I'm due to emmigrate) but I guess there's not a lot I can do about that now is there. Et tu?

I'm pretty good. I just start to become really impatient. I feel like a stranger at work. I'm already gone in my head.

And i'm so afraid about the interview.

I understand why you're nervous about the interview, but don't be. You're from France - not a high fraud country - so as long as your paperwork is in order, you'll be just fine.

I know what you mean MissYoko, it is so strange emotionally cutting your ties (sensible) but still being here, still waiting! Not long now for us all I hope. x

I know, but ... :) I'm the kind of who worry about all. :)

So, about dollars. What do you think. I will come with some money in the US, not a huge amount as I will keep my French bank account for a while. But something around 10 000 dollars. So, whats the best? Change euros to dollar in france ? Or come with my euros in the US and do the change there?

I don't think it makes a great deal of difference to be honest, but here in England, if you get your money exchanged through the Post Office, then it's 0% comission. Perhaps they do something similar in France?

Nope now the Post is a bank in France. So i will do it with my bank, I'm happy about them, they are really good for all at this time.
