I thought this day would never come... finally!!! We checked the website and it says we our NOA2 is on its way!!!!!

I have grandmather at USA, and I have the SAME FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME like my grandma:blush:

How you thing maybe that's why our case is under security chek? The found person with such name, thank's God with different birthday:))))

Feb 2, 2012..check cashed

Feb 3, 2012 NOA email and text message

Feb 7, 2012 NOA hard copy in mail

March 14, 2012 email stating in line for interview scheduling

March 15, 2012 email stating the interview was scheduled and we should be receiving the letter

3-17 interview letter in the mail--scheudled for 4-19-12

4-19 Wife passed interview! Oath to be scheduled

5-24 Oath ceremony! new US citizen

i just called NVC and we already have our case #. they just received our papers yesterday. thank God! i thought we will have another long battle again. thanks to Don E and JMMR for the tips......

great! I called again today and asked for the new case number, and was given it. However, she said that my packet had not yet left the bulding--as of 7:55am today. She said they would mail me a notice when it has been sent--which I already knew--but I am too impatient to wait for that! :blush: I am going to call later today to see if it may have gone out today.

I do not think it is a problem unless your grandmother is a super-criminal!

oh you people are killing me! you got your notice in 6 days!! :crying: where is MINE!!!!

I'm sorry to know that your petition still isn't at the NVC, and I'm in agreement that it's just ridiculous. Your frustration, however, should be (and I think really that it is) directed at the USCIS and not at the other filers who have had their petitions get from CSC to NVC much quicker. Also, there are more constructive ways to channel your energy rather than just posting here. I believe that you've already received some good advice here. Have you spoken with your Congressman's or Senator's office yet? I hope that you get some good news soon!

The DOS really does work fast.

yep i think so too..and that's what we all need after waiting for a long time..got 2 letters from nvc with different dates too..goodluck to all august and september interviewees!!!

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

Woo-hoo!! Dennis just got home and packet three was waiting for him in his mailbox. :) He'll be faxing it back probably on Monday. Luckily Vancouver accepts it via fax. Yay! :dancing:
