We got approved today as well! I pray that others who are still waiting will get their NOA2 soon.

Congrats jAs Noel. I've been reading and following ur post here and i read all your rants, eh eh eh and now I'm happy as you are :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: . I praise God for you.

I know I've been complaining a lot. Thank God this NOA2 stuff is over. I hope others will get theirs soon.

Feb 7, 2012 NOA hard copy in mail

March 14, 2012 email stating in line for interview scheduling

March 15, 2012 email stating the interview was scheduled and we should be receiving the letter

3-17 interview letter in the mail--scheudled for 4-19-12

4-19 Wife passed interview! Oath to be scheduled

5-24 Oath ceremony! new US citizen

congratulations on your NOA2!!!! mine..i've got an email..but its a RFE email. well..i guess i just have to wait for the letter. I called today and I spoke to a very nice guy but he didn't have a clue on what do i need to submit! The good thing is that Laguna Nigel is not too far from me..I live in Los Angeles..so i could have my mail maybe tomorrow?!? well..just have to wait again......

ps..does anyone of you guys who got approved but had an RFE..does it take long for them to process it???

From everything I hear RFEs are usually processed pretty quickly. A lot of people get their NOA2 within 30 days of their RFE being returned to CSC. I hope you're one of those! Just get it returned ASAP once you know what's up! :thumbs:

thanks for your encouraging words! i feel like a Zombie since reading my email this morning!! I wish I could pick up my letter from laguna niguel! hehehe!! its only 30-45 minutes from me!!! anyway, i guess i just have to wait ( which i'm really very good at!) i'm really happy at least a lot Feb filers get their NOA2' today!!

Most people get their NOA2 only a day or two after USCIS gets the RFE reply. At least you know that someone is actively working on your case. You should have it in no time at all

hi jon, thanks for your positive words! can't sleep last night..kept thinking about that silly RFE! hahaha!! I'm gonna wait for the mail today an i'll make sure i'll submit the required papers this week so i'll be back on track! anyway, good luck to all of you guys who had their NOA2 and on way their respective consulates... for those waiting ...these is our week! you'll get your NOA2 soon.. talk to guys later..gotta go to work!

8/09/08 --> "Pakage 3" in the mail

8/21/08 --> Medical Exam

9/19/08 --> Interview

9/26/08 --> Visa arrived

10/08/08 --> flying from Duesseldorf - JFK - Cleveland

11/08/08 --> finally married :)

12/27/08 --> AOS/EAD/AP send to Chicago

5/13/09 --> found a job and we picked out Molly (Beagle Puppy)

5/20/09 --> I485 "Card has been ordered" and again on 5/29/09

5/23/09 --> "Welcome to the United States of America"

6/2/09 --> AOS approved

6/5/09 --> GC in the mail and at night brinnging home Molly... such a great feeling :)
