February filers at CSC

cwaf, have you seen the "CSC Sucks" thread? Some poor sod's been waiting since October!!! Makes our little club look positively new!!!

Thanks everyone. I still can't believe that we're approved. I had to check the website 3x then my fiance called up and he received the email. I'm so happy right now. Thanks for all the support. I'm one of those who keep complaining until I got tired of it and finally NOA2 came. For the mid Feb filers I believe that this is our week.

Maybe........I'm still waiting for the NVC to get my file. I read of this taking 1-2 months (or more) in some cases, and I'm a little concerned seeing petitions approved after mine already through the NVC and on to the embassy. It looks like most petitions move right along after the NOA2, but, once again, there are no guarantees.....and no apparent rhyme or reason.

congratulations on your NOA2!!!! mine..i've got an email..but its a RFE email. well..i guess i just have to wait for the letter. I called today and I spoke to a very nice guy but he didn't have a clue on what do i need to submit! The good thing is that Laguna Nigel is not too far from me..I live in Los Angeles..so i could have my mail maybe tomorrow?!? well..just have to wait again......

ps..does anyone of you guys who got approved but had an RFE..does it take long for them to process it???

From everything I hear RFEs are usually processed pretty quickly. A lot of people get their NOA2 within 30 days of their RFE being returned to CSC. I hope you're one of those! Just get it returned ASAP once you know what's up!

Most people get their NOA2 only a day or two after USCIS gets the RFE reply. At least you know that someone is actively working on your case. You should have it in no time at all

Most people get their NOA2 only a day or two after USCIS gets the RFE reply. At least you know that someone is actively working on your case. You should have it in no time at all

Thanks bevs! Just continue to be patient. I remember you mentioned before that when your hubby called up USCIS they told him that he will hear from them in two weeks right? Well, when my fiance called up he was told that we will hear from them by 1st week of Aug but now we already have NOA2 so maybe you will get it this week also. Just keep on praying and maybe you could stop looking at Igor's list so you won't feel frustrated whenever you see Mar filers getting their approvals. I stopped looking at it since last week and it helped to the stress. Just consider this as a test of your relationship and hang on. Kami ng fiance ko parati din itong pinag-aawayan but last week after attending a Christian service and renewing my faith I realized that God really wants us to be together otherwise we won't last this long and maybe this whole K1 process is just His way of letting us know that He is there and that we should trust Him and all so pray ka lang dadating din yun. Pag wala pa din next week then maybe you should call them again.
