2/16/08 --> finally send I-129F to CSC

7/21/08 --> touched/NOA2 email

8/09/08 --> "Pakage 3" in the mail

8/21/08 --> Medical Exam

9/19/08 --> Interview

9/26/08 --> Visa arrived

10/08/08 --> flying from Duesseldorf - JFK - Cleveland

11/08/08 --> finally married :)

12/27/08 --> AOS/EAD/AP send to Chicago

5/13/09 --> found a job and we picked out Molly (Beagle Puppy)

5/20/09 --> I485 "Card has been ordered" and again on 5/29/09

5/23/09 --> "Welcome to the United States of America"

6/2/09 --> AOS approved

6/5/09 --> GC in the mail and at night brinnging home Molly... such a great feeling :)

hi everybody..got touched again today!! got an email from CRIS...no noa2 yet! I got a RFE!! I hope everything is fine with my case! I got too excited..now i feel bummed about everything! hayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! i guess i'll just have to wait for the papers and check what's wrong! anyway, hope somebody from Feb filer would get a better luck this week!

can't you call that number for RFEs and ask about it? Maybe it can help you respond to it faster.

cwaf, have you seen the "CSC Sucks" thread? Some poor sod's been waiting since October!!! :o Makes our little club look positively new!!! :lol:

YES!!!!! I got my CRIS email at 7:45 stating we were approved today!! I am so excited!!!!! I hope my other Feb 22nd members got theirs tonight, too!!!! :dance::thumbs::yes:

congrats cwaf!!and i hope that all feb csc filers will get their approvals soon coz USCIS are already approving mid march filers..

congratulations on your NOA2!!!! mine..i've got an email..but its a RFE email. well..i guess i just have to wait for the letter. I called today and I spoke to a very nice guy but he didn't have a clue on what do i need to submit! The good thing is that Laguna Nigel is not too far from me..I live in Los Angeles..so i could have my mail maybe tomorrow?!? well..just have to wait again......

ps..does anyone of you guys who got approved but had an RFE..does it take long for them to process it???
