Jon, i've got a bottle of Don Julio here just waiting for approval! I'll be happy to share. ;) 2 years???....it might hurt!

Andrea, leaving each other is the absolute worse! I feel for you. :( I suppose it's a little easier when you're not as far away. But $2,600 r/t flights...20+ hours of just flight time... and that tragic 'goodbye'... I just couldn't do it again. one of the things that keeps me going most is that moment he walks back through those gates at Logan and into my arms...forever this time! :) I hope the next few days bring you peace.

Don... many people will get a touch after a call. Still feels good I bet! :)

I do hope CSC picks up for you guys this week! It did seem they were cranking them out for a while there...even catching up with VSC! Vacations over people... back to work!

Remember as kids, we all played the game TAG and avoided getting touched?

Now as adults, we are aching and praying to be touched in this particular game of life....

Still patient and calm while waiting for the first touch.

We also just got another touch today! I'm a little more excited (yet cautiously so) about this one. I was attributing yesterday's touch to my phone call yesterday, but for two touches on two consecutive days......I'm hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that my file is finally out of the box.......

Wahoo..we got touched today, 9th July,...but no case status change...so no NOA2 as yet...

I've been registered on the USCIS online case monitoring systems for months and definately have the notify me by email aspect switched on...but I only found out about our touch by going direct to their online system to see the last updated date of today...so my question to you all is..... are any of you getting the automated emails for touches with no case status change? or does it only happen when the case status changes (from example for NOA1 to NOA2)?

thanks

J

It only generates an email if there is a status change, so only NOA1, NOA2, or RFE. Congrats on all the touches! I'm still hanging back with my last updated date being 2/14. Here's hoping I'll be one of those no touch approvals!! :D

I envy those whose case has been touched in the past two days. I'm just wondering how touches work because my fiance changed his address and he has been notified by snail mail that his address was already updated in the system. That happened around March but based on the online checking system our case was last updated on Feb 24. He called them up several times as well but that didn't appear in the system.
