Hey everyone :) I hope everything is going well! I've been a bit MIA because Dennis is here on a visit. Unfortunately I'm still at work...but we knew I'd be working on his trip. I told him it would be good practice for once he's a house husband while we wait for his EAD :lol:

Rebecca-I'm so sorry sweetie :( I can't even imagine how much harder this would be if I had kids. I hope we all see our NOA2s soon and our interview dates really soon after that. hug005.gif

2/16/08 --> finally send I-129F to CSC

7/21/08 --> touched/NOA2 email

8/09/08 --> "Pakage 3" in the mail

8/21/08 --> Medical Exam

9/19/08 --> Interview

9/26/08 --> Visa arrived

10/08/08 --> flying from Duesseldorf - JFK - Cleveland

11/08/08 --> finally married :)

12/27/08 --> AOS/EAD/AP send to Chicago

5/13/09 --> found a job and we picked out Molly (Beagle Puppy)

5/20/09 --> I485 "Card has been ordered" and again on 5/29/09

5/23/09 --> "Welcome to the United States of America"

6/2/09 --> AOS approved

6/5/09 --> GC in the mail and at night brinnging home Molly... such a great feeling :)

Thanks Kim :D I'm praying for you and Russ too. I think we deserve to be happy after what we both have been through. I think I may have to get drunk when I finally get my NOA2, and I haven't drank for 2 years.

I hope, hope it's your NOA2 Jon!! Dennis just left today...this is the worst time of all of it, I think. Coming back to my apartment by myself after he leaves is so miserable. :( So...here's hoping we see lots of action out of CSC this week so I don't have to be sad for too long!!

Hey you guys!!!!!!!!!!! I really want you Febz to get going! I want my NOA2!! :wacko: Have you noticed if the majority of feb files have gotten approvals?..... or not even close? I can't seem to find a list that really shows a good comparison, so I thought I would ask the expert Feb Filers themselves :) . I was really hoping this would be March Filers' month... but something held them back. It was probably vacation for the 4th of July :yes: People want to go to the beach!! :hehe:

Well. If you happen to know about how many of you have been moved on, let me know and I will love you forever!! I wish you luck!!!!!!!!!!!!! and lots of hugs. :yes:

9/08/2008 Medical Date- went well :) He stood in line since 5:30 Am. He finished at 11:15 AM - ish

Yesterday, I called the 800 number. Even though I was sure that calling would be a waste of time, I just felt like I wanted to do SOMETHING to at least try to make something happen. As expected, I got no satisfaction and no new information from calling. However, after almost five months of nothing at all, my petition did finally get a "touch" yesterday after I called. Was that a result of my call and them simply checking my case number? Does it mean that somebody actually physically handled my file? Coincidence in regard to the timing of my call? Does it mean anything at all? Who knows........

Like Ray77755 said, I suppose all it really means is that there is still life at the CSC.......

Feb 2, 2012..check cashed

Feb 3, 2012 NOA email and text message

Feb 7, 2012 NOA hard copy in mail

March 14, 2012 email stating in line for interview scheduling

March 15, 2012 email stating the interview was scheduled and we should be receiving the letter

3-17 interview letter in the mail--scheudled for 4-19-12

4-19 Wife passed interview! Oath to be scheduled

5-24 Oath ceremony! new US citizen

We haven't reached the halfway point yet. They started on February and then slacked off on pretty much everyone. I'm hoping we'll see a huge surge of Feb NOA2s now that the 4th is over! We really thought that June was going to be our month...but that didn't pan out like we'd hoped.
