I completely understand. By our interview I was just ready to be DONE with the whole process.

On the up side for our AOS/EAD/AP preparations. Dennis got his TB skin test done on Friday, he goes in to have it checked on Monday. Apparently since August 1st you are required to have the skin test done to file for AOS, even if you've already had the X-Rays. So stupid...then we have to get his vaccinations and TB test transcribed onto the I-693 and we'll have everything ready. Hopefully we'll be able to file by the end of the week...Saturday will be our one-month wedding anniversary, so I am really, really hoping we can have it filed by then.

With the latest update to the CSC processing times, our case is now officially outside of the processing timeframe, so I was finally able to ask them to investigate why it's taking so long.

Has anyone else had to do this?

2007-11-30: I-129F received by CSC

2008-02-04: NOA1

2009-03-02: NOA2

2009-03-12: Received by NVC

2009-04-16: Sent to consulate

2009-05-23: Packet 3 received

I don't know of anyone in the feb thread who has had to do it, yet. :( I hope you hear something back really soon! Hopefully it's just some dumb thing and they'll have you approved ASAP!
