bad news.. I made an INFOPASS appointment and went to the local office.. Originally, my local office interview was held on the 8th floor (and the INFOPASS appointments on the 1st floor).. so I went to the 8th floor and asked for the person who interviewed me, but the security guard said I couldn't go in without an appointment (and I can't make these appointments, because it was at their request.. stupid reason #1).. so I went to the 1st floor and waited about two hours before I went to talk to someone at the booths (many booths , and they call your number).. she checked her computer and said there was nothing about an approval.. (I had a local office interview on 2/21).. she said that they transferred my case (I-129F, K3) to the CSC on 2/22... that was the latest status so far.. she told me to call CSC and request an "officer" (not the first person that picks up.. she even said they don't know anything more than you).. she said my case wasn't there anymore so she couldn't help me..

Then I went back to work and called them on the phone.. requesting for an officer and got one.. she told me that the I-130 had no movement since about three months ago, but the I-129F has been forwarded to CSC and that the CSC office has sent a transfer notice on 2/27.. never received it as of 3/7.. so you can tell how slow they are.. :angry: :angry: still haven't received it as of 3/10.. I told her all about my local office interview, and said I didn't trust them until they send out a letter in the mail stating I got an approval.. I knew something was up, and that's why I didn't celebrate yet..

so basically I haven't gotten an approval yet.. :crying: :crying: I just thought I did..

its ok.. we all know how slow they are.. keep positiive.. at least you know your appt you had last month went WELL!! before you know it. you wil get that approval!!

some security check thing.. I don't know if they just don't like China or me.. they wanted to see if my relationship was real or not.. Lucky I had my parents too along for the interview (everyone was dressed up nicely).. so the guy said just because my parents were there, there will be no need to ask other questions.. :thumbs: but that was on 2/21.. and it has been over 2 weeks already.. so don't really know how long it will take.. am I just back in the queue at the bottom again? :crying: :crying:

Hi! Just want to let you guys know that I'm an April filer too. The only evidence of a bonafide marriage we provided was pictures of us. We had an certified true copy of our marriage certificate though. Hope that'd be enough..

"Ready for Interview" (Ready to wait for 1-3 Months, this is official NVC letter transfer date) : 9/9/2013

DHL Tracking : arrived 9/24/2013

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013
