just need to clarify the St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic that she goes to is located at 1177 J. Bocobo St.

now i booked her a hotel(Best Western Hotel La Corona) that is on the corner of Del Pilar and Arquiza Street but people keep telling her that it is a long ways from the medical center and that she will pay 1000 pesos for a taxi ride it doesn't look like it's that far from the hotel on the map but she keeps insisting that those people in the college know manila. is it really that much far and that much.

She can always ride a jeepney if she wants to,and even if she rides a taxi, charging her with 100 pesos is already expensive how much more the 1000pesos,Del Pilar St. is just near where St.Luke's clinic is located.i live here in Tondo,Manila and going to St.Luke's will not cost me 100 pesos.

maybe her friends thought that the St. Luke's she is going to is the main St. Luke's located at E. Rodriguez Quezon City. If she's in best western, she can walk, it's a few blocks away. Or if she wants to take a cab, it will only cost her 35-40 pesos since 30 pesos is the flag down rate :P

I live in Paco, manila, and my cab fare costs around 45-60 pesos to st. Luke's :)
