hi there..im sorry if i have alot of question...regarding DS 156 for the last question for # 28:

Have you ever been afflicted with a communicable disease of public health significance or a dangerous physical or mental disorder, or ever been a drug abuser or addict? Yes No

i have had PTB and cured already...should i tick yes for having communicable disease? i worry that they might think that i had physical or mental or used drug if i tick 'yes'...

please need some help..thanks so much.....God bless

i think what they mean by "communicable disease of public health significance" is either HIV or AIDS. i'm not sure what others who've been through the same experience as you are, did. But my advise is tick No

I agree, just by the phrase "of public significance" it must be something more than TB, so just click NO.
