Everything looks good to me. You don't have to include the vaccination worksheet since USEM has copy of your medical already. Pictures in albums are ok as long as you can easily remove them in case they will ask you to do so. As for the document verification, carry it in a separate folder if you want or send them a copy of it thru fax like what others did.

Good luck on the interview! May you have a successful one!

sounds good to me, Mari  if you're planning to bring an album, make sure it's flexible and can pass through a regular "booth" window. Just to be sure, bring loose copies of your pictures so you can hand them to the prescreener easily. My scrapbook and album won't go through the window, but I had small "walletsized" pics in a mini album in my bag (i carry it with me all the time) so that's what I submitted and they gave it back to me after the interview. also, prepare at least 5 love letters/cards and set it aside, so u can easily slip it through the window if the prescreener asks for it. I have all my love letters and cards in one big envelope and the prescreener only asked for 5 :)

the document verification slip i put it inside the folder along with copies of my passport, BC, MC, etc. But they won't ask for that unless they're going to put u in AR. I didn't have to show mine :)

God bless! ;)
