they put me on AP TWICE!!!!!

I am sooo confused...It has been about a week and a half since we got the email for ME to send in MY passport visa Aramex and that MY visa was ready to be issued. I sent an email last Thursday to check on the status and received this email in return...

"The case has been submitted to the State Department for further processing and we must wait until they provide authorization before a visa can be issued. Unfortunately, until we receive the proper authorization to proceed with issuance there is nothing that either you or we here at the Embassy can do except to continue to follow up and check the status. We follow up on these cases regularly.

We will send YOUR passport back by Aramex and we will let YOU know when we receive authorization"

What in the world is going on here??? I am so freaking confused...is it possible that this person made a mistake when checking our case or is it actually been sent to DOS yet again....????

Biometrics appt--7/9/2008

01/22/09--Interview. PASSED.

01/23/09--Card production ordered.I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

02/07/2009-- 10 Years Green Card recieved.
