Cario Embassy Message

I received an email from the Cairo Embassy and I think that I have read the same generic response from somewhere else.

I was wondering of the people that received this response, how long did it take to get their visa?

Dear Madam:

Thank you for your e-mail message.

The case is pending the officer's final review. We will process the case to conclusion once that has been completed.

I've seen this posted before too. I don't have any advice because we are upcoming an interview in a week but I hope that your wait isn't too much longer. Hopefully you can get some answers from some other users. Good Luck Lynne.

Sadly, as they say is true... you can never be sure until u see ur visa in ur hand... and my husband had that email over and over again... there is no specific time to start counting down the days... when u get that msg... just know that u have to keep waiting... crazyness!

That place doesn't make any sense to me.

We have one person now that has their visa in a week and we have how many others that's been 5 weeks and longer?

Do you have to smell right? dress right or get the right officer? Who the heck knows? Maybe on one day

a month they grant everyone a visa in a week, if the moon is full on that day, and Obama is winning in the delegate

count.
