Wow, that is terrible, Mark. I am sorry to hear.

Do you plan on staying in Vietnam, teaching English?

Thanks MS. Yes I'm staying! This is actually old news in my life, but I didn't want to post anything about it. I was hoping we could work it out, but we couldn't.

oh man really? so sorry Joe....

Why? I discovered the plot BEFORE she was able to get there. Everything unfolded over the past year, so I had time to prepare. We've been separated over 2 months now.

In exchange for the pain, humiliation and lost money I got an amazing life in Vietnam.

Aww I'm sorry that this happened to you.

Glad you're enjoying life though! That's amazing! Good for you!

Thanks. That reminds me, I haven't listened to Sleepyhead in a while!

Not a week should go by without listening to sleepyhead!

On another note, I listened to MGMT last weekend. :D

I'm listening to the Passion Pit disc now. Not too shabby!

I made a video featuring some of my students with MGMT Kids as the background music. I got lazy with the editing towards the end, but I still enjoy it.

Mark,

It sucks you had to go through that... I'm really sorry.

Best of luck in Vietnam, and drink a Tiger Beer for me.

Thanks. Will do on the Tiger Beer!

Sorry to hear ya Joe! I felt your excitement when you went down to see your wife. You got an apartment for her and everything. Didn't realize you and your wife were having some problems.

I'm living with some other expats now. This place is soooo much better (and cheaper) than that apartment.

Will you be able to adjust your status in Vietnam without her? :P

Sorry to hear, Joe :(

Sorry to hear, Joe :(

I have a 1 year visa. I'm not renouncing American Citizenship!

They need English teachers here. If I would have known how easy it would be to get a job I would have stayed last year. I may not have caught her then though.
