for our explanation, we just told them how i wanted the option of being able to return home to care for my grandparents if they got sick and my family wants to hold a wedding ceremony in canada for us... and finally my parents were taking us to china in the fall

Of course we used more words to make it sound better and professional

as for the check, we used personal check.

I sent only two checks:

I-485 and I-765 = $1010

and for I-130 =$355 (but some people they don't need to file for I-130 so then they don't need to pay for it, only certain cases need to file like me :-))) I wasn't on K visa so I had to!!!!

I am not sure why three, I-765 and I-131 it is free and it is including in AOS when file together :-)))

This is what our Qualification Letter said:

I qualify for an Advance Parole Document for the following reasons:

1. I entered the United States on a K-1 visa and married within the 90 day expiration period

2. I will be traveling to Canada in June for a second Wedding Ceremony with my family

3. I will be traveling to China in October with my family

4. I would like the option to return to Canada to care for my parents or grandparents if any become ill

As for the check, you write one personal check or send one money order for $1010.00. That covers the expense of all the documents(I-485, I-131, I-765), as they are included in the cost of the I-485.

Mistake,

i sent my biometrics separate 80 $ which added to 930$ AOS is total of 1010$. so Biometrics, AOS and I-130... if you are in K1 then i guess you wont have to send I-130. So just 2 or make that 1010$ just one.
