I began a IR1/CR1 now with the delays in the K3. Since my I-130 already has been

approved last Sept and I have a NVC file number, how much of the paperwork process

is behind me already? I know the forms, but I just would like to know in comparison

to someone who starts from "scratch", am I ahead or not? The lawyer says he mailed

the IV payment last week ( you know what that is? ).

you are behind sorry. my case was complete in oct. and have my interview date for april. attorneys slow things down you can do some of the short cuts to help move your case along ds-230 is next step call nvc to see when they generate next step and get on the attorney any way good luck

iv payment is for the interview payment next step is ds-230 then it is case complete then wait for interview date your looking at about a june interview but if attorney drags his feet it could be july or aug.
