Its now 18 working days and i havent receive my K1visa...how long dooes it really takes for me to have it?I've been calling DELBROSS but they just say its still in process...

10/21/2008-----------------AOS application form I-485 send to Homeland(New Orleans)

10/29/2008-----------------NOA received

11/19/2008-----------------Biometric (New Orleans)

12/30/2008-----------------My papers transfer from New Orleans to California

01/20/2009-----------------Received my EAD Approved

01/23/2009-----------------Received my EAD Card

03/27/2009-----------------Received my Green Card

Try calling this number 011-63-2-301-2000 ext 5184. The nice lady is either Lorraine or Diane ( I already forgot ) This is the number of the US embassy and you can inquire about the status of your visa. Goodluck and hope you get your visa soon.

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

Same goes for me. The good news is that I know somebody from Feb 8 batch who got her visa last Friday. Well, that shows the papers are moving. We could be next...
