Good Indian Food in Nashville

We're headed to Nashville this week for a few days because of my sister's surgery and wondered if anyone in the area knew of any good indian restaurants to eat at OR markets that sell frozen curries and kebabs and such. Neil is really looking forward to picking up some things to bring home with us. Any suggestions on places to check out?

Also interested in any markets there that sell british foods because Neil is running low on supplies from home.

Check out the Farmers Market - there used to be a decent Indian grocery in there. And I remember having had a good dinner at some little Indian joint on Church Street south of I-40 close to the Hospital there.

The Farmer's Market is downtown right behind the Capitol building and next to the Bicentennial Mall - it's only a couple miles from Vandy. The restaurants are within close proximity of the Vanderbilt Campus - 1602 21st Ave S is really within the campus. Enjoy Nashville as much as you can. It's a great place.
