AP blurring our minds...Must refocus

I really had my break down last week. I found myself to be irriatable, depressed and could not find anything good in my life.

I think all of us who are experiencing this should just stop and take breather. There's no other way to deal with it, getting frustrated just makes things more unbearable.

Every second feels like a month and the uncertainty is really pushing me into a darkness I had not felt since that day my husband got the 221g. Mircacles do happen. Things do come to an end.

God save us

Tammy

Hang in there, Tammy. You are closer than you were a month ago. We have to keep reminding ourselves that this is our year.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

The uncertainty and inability to get definite picture of how many applications are ahead of us makes this wait extremely frustrating. The dates posted in uscis site dont tell how many etc. All the time they postpone the expected delay when we call. God bless us all.

Have faith & plz don't ever give up, I was going through much worst than you are right now, me & my love been through alot yrs back , I attend my first interview alone without my fiance & I was issued a 221g requesting that the embassy wants to interview me an my love jointly, we had to wait 9 months after just for another interview date (jointly) then after that , they put us on 5 months Adminstration Review  , I know it's not a easy process but all I can say its worth the wait , I had 3 miscarriages within 2 yrs of my engagement , all because I was soooo stressed out of whats gonna happen next with my visa process , whats taking these ppl so long just to make a decision or why can't they just tell us yes or no , so we can decide what next to do , my love was so frustrated also ,all he can think about doing was to cancel my visa process , quit his job , sell his stuff, move back home in Guyana just to marry me & live with me , but hey you know what ,I'm finally here in the USA with my love after all those yrs of waiting & being apart from each other, most days when I was back home all alone , I would give up most days saying to myself I can't do this , its too hard & he would tell me NO its not hard ,just wait for me , plz don't give up our relationship .

My point is here is that no matter how hard or how long it takes just for you to be with your love, its not worth giving up, try your best not to give up ,I was in your position I know what it feels like , I felt the same way also but I thank god its over , I will keep you in my prayers . (F)

Hi Tammy,

You know, I am the queen of meltdowns....and it is ok to have a meltdown over this AP business. What is not ok is having a break down and not being able to pick yourself up afterwards and keep moving forwards.

So hopefully, Tammy, you feel better from last week and find something to smile about today.

By the way....I have this terrible feeling that by the time the consulate officers are finished reviewing my husbands cv, the AP checks will have expired and they will send it back to the DOS again! My worst nightmare!

Hey Tammy...i can very much relate to your meltdown....i had my first one a few weeks ago...it's not fun and it is the worst feeling in the world...feeling so helpless like someone else is in control of your life....we have to put our faith that God knows what and why he is doing this. Once it is over we will never look back again girl.

hugs
