Everyone has to have an FBI name check st some point during the process so your fiance is correct.

Him having a beard has nothing to do with it.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

nothing wrong in having a beard it is just some kind of religious tradition and nothing wrong about that. the most imporant that he doesnot belong to any kind of group or hasnot any political activity. and it is so easy for them to know that , so no worry

wish u best

Mohamed

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

the problem is - americans have a hard time discerning people on the basis of race and culture. They seem like clubbing people into some groups and scrutinizing them..

Not only during visa process but also later on

Don't lump all Americans into the same category. The consulate will not look at the father, they are interested in the fiancé. Everyone goes through FBI namechecks regardless of who you are and where you come from.

I am an American and I am not one of those you have described.

I'm like the rest, I don't think it matters too much about the beard, if its him or his father. Name checks are normal and everybody goes through them at one time or another. Good luck with the process.

You guys are all missing the obvious here.

How would USCIS know that what his father looks like? At no point will you be asked to produce photos of his parents.
