Hi there! I went the K3 route in the Manila Embassy. Dave had to send me the ff documents: Form I-134 (affidavit of support; notarized), form 1040 for the years 2005, 2006, W2s from 2005-2007, certificate of employment....these may or may not be asked by the consul, except for the Form I-134. Just better be prepared for proof that you can support the beneficiary and he/she will not be a liability to the US.

The embassy also asked for my (beneficiary's) birth certificate, marriage certificate, and police clearance (NBI). also asked for a few love letters and a few pictures.

Yours might be a little different though :)

Good luck on your upcoming interview :)
