Does anyone know if you get a choice of dates on when to attend an interview in London for K1? Or do they just tell you when it is? How much warning do you get?

I may well be out of the country at the tome so was just wondering....

No they dont give you a choice, they give you notice of about 1 month. Sometimes its less and sometimes its more. I say a month, from personal experience

We had one weeks notice of the interview date.. an email to me, the USA citizen, in response to my inquiry. The actual post to my UK fiance, with the instructions for the interview and confirmation of the date, arrived 3 days before the interview.

I have noticed that most people have about a month's notice but I think they only have to give you a week. You can change it if it is scheduled for an inconvenient time. I have seen a few members on here do that.

When you send back the packet 3 materials you can tell them the dates you would be unavailable.

thanks for the heads up guys. let's hope it comes through before I have to get back to the field and complete my data collection!!!
