I sent in the I-130 ad got noa that they recived it. My queston is this...When do I send in my support papers? Will they send me a packet?

The I-134 is used for the I-129f (K) visas and the I-864 is used for I-130 (CR1/IR1) visas. Whichever document you need will be required after your petition gets approved. Both documents can be downloaded from the internet. The beneficiary will receive a packet from the US Embassy if going the K visa route and NVC will notify you of needed documents for the CR1/IR1 visa.

What's wrong and therefore confusing about your question is that it is posted in the K3 forum but you indicate you filed only an I-130 which would not result in a K3 visa or ever require an I-134. Did you also file an I-129F?
