waiting for appointment date

I was approved last Feb. I just wondered if how many of us waiting for appointment date? and is there any other way of knowing your medical and interview date,aside from VISA APPOINTMENT ONLINE?

That DOS number is for CR1/IR1 visa only..Those K1 and K3 will find their appointment to that IV schedule from the USEM site..Check it everyday for you will be surprise one day since you already have the Manila case number as I saw in your timeline..I guess you are a k1 visa applicant too coz you just filed I129f..Good luck..

I was the one who posted about DOS and our petition was K1. We called the office like a month after USEM received our petition from NVC and they were the one who gave us our medical and interview schedule. In fact, it was also DOS who told us when USEM received our petition from NVC. Recently one couple ( chuck_n-rose) here just got their medical and interview schedule by calling DOS under this thread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=0&start=0) and so with other couples before who have already passed the interview and the beneficiaries are here now in the US.

DOS will give the information if the time is right. One must know when the USEM received the petition from NVC then wait for 3 weeks to one month to inquire the medical and interview schedules. Im not sure about the procedure now but DOS helped us and we didnt spent a cent to get our schedules.

hi wacky, don't despair, you're not only the one waiting...marami tayo....we also got approved in february and we also have our case number already but still no packet 4, no medical/interview dates. let's just keep on praying...as your motto says ""I know what I am planning for you....'I have good plans for you, not plans to hurt you.I will give you hope and a good future." Have faith and God will work His miracles.

New procedure is to call the call center march 14th. DOS will just say you dont have an appointment yet.
